I’m in the slightly enviable position of not needing a refund and return policy. Let me explain…
There are two sorts of books that you can buy here: physical books and digital downloads. If you’re not sure about which to get, please check out this article, which explains the differences, as well as the pros and cons of each format.
Digital downloads such as these are always exempt from refunds, for obvious reasons.
The physical books are completely handled by Amazon, including refunds and returns. If your book arrives damaged or you’re unhappy with the printing quality, this is all down to Amazon – I am only responsible for the content.
